Stone & Bellus, P.C. obtained a directed verdict for their client, a developer of condominiums. The plaintiff had purchased one of twelve condominiums built by our client. After owning the property for a period of two years, plaintiff brought an action for fraudulent inducement to contract alleging that our client had withheld information regarding the construction of the condominium. After cross-examining the plaintiffs’ witnesses, we moved the Court to direct a verdict dismissing our client on all claims. The Court found that there was insufficient evidence to even hand the case over for jury determination and thus, directed a verdict dismissing our client of all counts.
