Jamie Wingler

Of Counsel

Jamie Wingler attended Indiana University Southeast where he graduated with a BS degree in Business. Immediately after graduation, Jamie joined the United States Navy and completed Aviation Officer Candidate School, received his “wings” and flew as a Navy Pilot. Jamie served in the Persian Gulf during Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield, flying C-2A cargo planes to aircraft carriers. He has carrier landings on the Lexington, Midway, Coral Sea, Forrestal, Saratoga, Ranger, Independence, Kitty Hawk, Constellation, Enterprise, America, John F. Kennedy, Nimitz, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Carl Vinson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.
After completing his Naval service, Jamie entered Georgia State University, College of Law. While in law school, Jamie researched attorney William C. Head’s book, “The Georgia DUI Trial Practice Manual.” Jamie is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Cobb County Bar Association. He has numerous trials to his credit. He has practiced in courts across the State of Georgia, in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court. He has been a speaker at several Continuing Legal Education seminars teaching and updating other attorneys on current legal issues and trends.
Jamie, his wife Monica, and his son Jack Ryan live in Kennesaw, Georgia, and attend North Metro Church. He is a member of the 2007-2008 class of Leadership Cobb. Jamie has written fifteen feature-length screenplays. He continues to write and has produced several independent films.
